Miles Polley is a registered patent attorney practicing in the fields of patent, trademark and copyright law. From the outset of his legal career, Miles has gained invaluable exposure across various technological fields, including AI, chemical, electrical, life science, mechanical, medical device, and software inventions. In addition, Miles assists with the prosecution of matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the United States Copyright Office.

Miles is a South Florida native, born in Boca Raton, Florida. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida. Miles went on to receive his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. During his legal education, Miles was a member of the University of Miami Law Review, where he served as an Articles & Comments Editor. Throughout law school, Miles gained experience working as a law clerk for an AM LAW 100 firm and as a patent intern for a multi-billion, multinational company.

Miles has been admitted to practice before the Florida Bar since 2025 and the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 2022. He is a member of the Business Law Section, Entertainment & Sports Law Section, Solo & Small Firm Section and Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.

In his free time, Miles enjoys to golf, go to the gym, and discover new music.
